WASHINGTON—Today, the Co-Chairs of the Blue Dog Coalition's Task Force on National Security, Reps. Blue Dogs Support Ensuring FBI, Intelligence Community Coordinates Refugee Screening

WASHINGTON – Today the Blue Dog Coalition announced their support for H.R. 4038, the American Security Against Foreign Enemies (SAFE) Act of 2015, as currently drafted. The bill simply adds Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) review and unanimous agreement between the Department of Homeland Security, FBI, and the Director of National Intelligence before refugees from Iraq and Syria are admitted to the United States.
