Blue Dogs to President: ‘Time to Approve Keystone XL Pipeline Has Come’: Members of the fiscally conservative, Democratic Blue Dog Coalition sent a letter to President Obama earlier this month to express their strong support for the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline.
